You can request deletion of your Antropeo account and the data associated with it. We handle these requests manually at this time.

How to request deletion

Send an email to antropeogame@gmail.com with the exact subject line:

Please include, where available:

your account email address (if you signed in with email);
your in-app display name (if you know it);
a screenshot of your profile / user ID (helps us locate the account).

What gets deleted

Upon a verified request, we will delete or anonymize your account- and profile-associated data where technically and legally possible, including:

account/authentication identifiers and profile (display name, avatar);
gameplay progress, results, and scores;
wallet/coins and reward records;
feed likes and your feed engagement records;
multiplayer session/room data associated with your account.

What may be retained

Some records may be retained for a limited period where required for security, fraud/abuse prevention, legal obligations, or backups, after which they are removed or kept only in anonymized form. Aggregated/anonymized statistics that no longer identify you may be retained.

Timing

We aim to process verified requests within a reasonable time. This is currently a manual process — deletion is not instant or fully automated yet. We may contact you to verify ownership before deleting.
